Important: By making a payment to Sigma X, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you choose not to read them, that does not exempt you from these terms. It is solely your responsibility to review this page before proceeding with any service or payment.

3. Project Engagement & Communication

All projects begin with a clear scope, timeline, and mutual agreement. Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication, missing inputs, or changes to the scope may extend the delivery timeline.

At Sigma X, we take deadlines seriously and work with a tight production schedule. While we do our best to meet agreed timelines, certain circumstances — including client-side delays, complex revisions, or unexpected issues — may impact delivery. If you have a strict deadline, please communicate this clearly with us at the start of the project so we can plan accordingly.

04. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A 75% upfront payment is required before any project begins.
The remaining 25% balance must be paid within 14 days of the initial payment date.
For projects under $200 USD or LKR 60,000, full payment (100%) is required upfront.
Custom payment schedules may be arranged in advance through a written agreement.

We accept payments via:

Bank transfer
Payoneer
Binance (USDT/BTC/ETH)
Credit or debit card
PayPal (available only for returning clients)

If the final payment is not made within 2 days after the due date, a late fee of 5% of the remaining balance will be added. Continued failure to pay may result in project suspension, withholding of deliverables, and/or legal collection actions if necessary.

All payments must be made in the agreed currency. Clients are responsible for any transaction or conversion fees related to their chosen payment method.

05. Revisions & Scope

Each project includes a limited number of revisions, depending on the package or agreement. Any requests beyond the original scope or additional revisions may incur extra charges. We encourage clear communication during the design and feedback stages to maintain clarity and efficiency.

06. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and clarity in working with us. However, our policies are as follows:

You may request a cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of your initial payment.
After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including dissatisfaction with the process, delivery time, or completed work.
You may still cancel the project after 24 hours, but no refund will be provided.

In rare cases, if you submit a formal complaint and the Sigma X team believes there is a valid reason for dissatisfaction, we may issue a partial refund of 25% — only if our internal review team determines it is justified. This decision is final and non-negotiable, and by hiring us, you agree to accept our final judgment regarding any refund eligibility.

07. Intellectual Property

Ownership of all original work remains with Sigma X LLC until final payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing channels unless otherwise agreed.

08. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

If your project includes third-party tools, platforms, or APIs (e.g., Themes, plugins, hosting, payment systems, tools, subscriptions), Sigma X is not responsible for their reliability, security, or long-term compatibility unless explicitly covered in a support agreement.

09. Limitation of Liability

Sigma X LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. You are solely responsible for how you use the final deliverables and the outcomes of your business decisions.

10. Modifications

Sigma X LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the most recent version of this policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of both Sri Lanka and the United States, depending on applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled under the legal framework of the region where Sigma X is officially registered.

12. Affiliate Disclosure

Sigma X participates in multiple affiliate programs and earns commissions from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links.
Clicking on links may redirect you to third-party websites where purchases, services, or sign-ups occur under their terms and policies.
We do not own or control the third-party websites linked from Sigma X and are not responsible for their content, products, services, pricing, or policies.

13. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

Our website may display advertisements from Google AdSense and other ad networks.
Clicking on ads or affiliate links means you leave Sigma X and enter third-party sites.
We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party websites, products, or services.
